Alex Chu (born September 2, 1979) is a Korean-Canadian singer and actor. He is the lead vocalist of the acid jazz and electronica band Clazziquai.
Biography
Born in Vancouver, Canada, he has one sister, Christina. He rose to fame in South Korea as part of the group Clazziquai. The group became famous for its work on hit Korean drama My Lovely Samsoon.
In 2008, the group announced a temporary hiatus, and its members debuted as solo artists, including Alex, although the group will be performing at a Korean rock music festival in July 2008 that also features Marilyn Manson.
Alex became part of MBC reality show We Got Married and was matched with Korean actress and model Shin-Ae. And currently working on a new drama taking up a role as Kim San in Pasta.
