Actor Kim Woo Bin Considering Casting Offer for New Drama “Pinocchio”

Actor Kim Woo Bin is currently looking over a casting offer to star in SBS‘s upcoming Wednesday-Thursday drama titled “Pinocchio.”

On August 7, a representative of Kim Woo Bin’s agency, Sidus HQ, revealed to Newsen, “It is true that Kim Woo Bin received a casting offer as the lead male role in “Pinocchio,” but nothing is confirmed. At the moment, there are various schedules left to be completed, so it is still too early to comment on the casting offer. Nothing has been decided.”

The rep also added, “Because Kim Woo Bin has not even started filming for the movie “Twenty” yet, it is too early to decide on his next production already.”

“Pinocchio” will follow the story of social affairs reporters, as a way of introducing the viewers to the world of reporters. It is a production created by the scriptwriter and director of popular drama “I Hear Your Voice,” Park Hye Ryun and PD Jo Soo Won.

Kim Woo Bin has been offered the role of Choi Dal Po, a social affairs reporter who has been working in the field for one year.

Meanwhile, “Pinocchio” is scheduled to begin airing in November, following the completion of both “It’s Okay, It’s Love,” as well as “My Lovely Girl.”
